from idea to completion. We assist in defining expectations and
forecasting investment costs. We participate in selecting the design
team and contractor, effectively representing our client's interests.
Depending on the wishes of our investor, we can assume the role of
general contractor or distribute work out to subcontractors, which
often generates additional savings.
We
have time-tested procedures for selecting design staff, contractors and
suppliers, ensuring clients remain in control of every order at all
times and are the only ones responsible for making decisions about
costs and all other matters in which they want to take charge. Monthly
reports present the true condition of costs and progress of the
investment, providing information about risks and indicating the most
important activities undertaken.
We
possess extensive experience in carrying out difficult projects
equipped with complicated installations, including class A+ office
space certified by LEED and BREEAM, hotels, spas and expansion of
processing facilities already in operation. We are also experts in
residential construction.
We
provide comprehensive project management services in all branches, and
our project manager oversees the activities of construction site
inspectors, design staff, contractors and other participants. The
project manager is a client's primary partner during the construction
process. He is responsible for coordinating the work of all
participants in the process and for ensuring the client's wishes are
carried out. His work, supported by a professional team, gives the
client confidence that the construction process will run smoothly and
in accordance with expectations.
The
size of the team and its level of involvement are adjusted to the size
of the task and its level of complexity. With smaller projects some
functions are combined, in order to match our fees to the client's
expectations.
